I am a single working female living in the state of Georgia. Because of being laid off from my previous job my utility bills got behind especially my water bill. I was not able to get another job right away and subsequently my water was cut off. The balance due is $571.00. Even though I now have another job, it is low paying and I'm trying to catch up with everything and just keep going. The community agencies that help with water bills will not assist when it has been cut off. Please give any information as to how to get the water turned back on in my home. I don't have the funds and any information or assistance is appreciated. Thank you
